Meet Ali - Your Holistic Coach
Empowering you and your family with the strength of holistic health.
I am committed to this journey.
I am guided by my heart and my own inner voice. My passion is educating others, understanding their purpose, seeing them grow and empowering themselves.
My career followed the corporate path, but deep down I knew my destiny lay elsewhere. I began studying at the Mary Reid International School of Beauty and was honoured to receive the student of the year award - I had found my purpose.
I then met and fell in love with Mark, a Kiwi boy, immigrated from Scotland to Australia and then onto New Zealand and this was my home for the last twenty-three years. I have two step-children, my son Xavier and our new little grandson. Life threw us a few curve balls at the end of 2023 and we made the decision as a family to move to Melbourne, Australia to be closer to family and start a new life with new opportunities.
I opened my business Chillout and worked with many corporate clients and businesses in the city. We did corporate health and wellness events and corporate massage programs. After many busy years building a business, we then started trying for a baby and I fell pregnant naturally, only to miscarry at work. This was a pivotal moment for me. I made the decision to sell the business and commence down my own path of healing and fertility.
For the next seven years, Earth Spa Organic Clinic was my home with my friend and mentor Jocelyn. Creating a nurturing and healing environment for our clients and their education was our goal. We held workshops and classes, teaching the importance of natural organic products and treatments - critical for eliminating chemicals and toxins from our lives and beneficial to our planet. I was also the Phyt’s trainer for New Zealand and loved working alongside other therapists and travelling around New Zealand. Earth Spa was a beautiful healing hub for our clients and for me to and I am so grateful for all the wonderful memories their, the friends made and the peoples lives we changed.
After Earth Spa we continued our education on Gia Wellness Inspired Energy Products, Essential Oils, Reiki and other holistic tools and Jocelyn expanded the Awaken Your Inner Goddess courses and retreats. I want to thank Jocelyn for always believing in me and Awakening My Inner Goddess.
I am grateful for the knowledge and tools that I have learned on my journey, enabling me to help myself and my family in times when we have needed the healing power of touch and gifts from nature the most.

Meet Xavier - My Holistic Child
Xavier is a mud pup, he loves splashing in puddles, climbing high on anything, tables, furniture, fences, ladders and trees. He is determined, loving, mischievous and has a great sense of fun. He is very loving and caring. If I fall over he quickly runs to get me an oil to put on my ouchy. He loves giving people hugs, sometimes even when his little friends are not up for one. He has a sense of adventure and takes me along for the ride. Come on the ride with us as we learn together ways to help our children thrive.
Xavier was the answer to my prayers, my dream come true. After a long-fought journey, I couldn’t believe he was finally in my arms. Xavier chose to come into this world, during the second lock-down during covid. I will never forget the message my mum and dad sent to me saying he had brought hope and light to their darkest days. Papa only got to see Xavier over facetime before he passed away and we were so grateful to have gone to Scotland last year to meet Granny before Mum joined dad in heaven. Mum and Dad were so elated! and so proud that I had never given up on my dream.

Gia Wellness
Ali harnesses the power of the Gia Wellness products as part of her holistic toolkit. Gia Wellness is on a mission to protect our energy and hydrate our bodies through the use of science and technology.
Gia has created GIAlife pendants which protect our bodies from stress caused by electromagnetic frequencies (EMF). In today’s climate where smart phones, computers and other wireless devices are intertwined with our daily lives, the GIAlife pendants provide powerful protection to alleviate the physical & emotional stress caused by EMF. Ali and her family wear their pendants every single day and could not be without them.
Gia have also created i-H2O which is an electric water molecule activator. Another piece in Ali’s holistic toolkit is the ZYTO Bioscan. This is a diagnostic tool that enables Ali to measure imbalances in the body, find out which natural remedies will best correct these imbalances and tailor a personalised plan to get you & your little one back on the track to health.
This technology created by ZYTO, uses galvanic skin responses to measure the electrical properties in your skin. It scans biomarkers such as muscles, bones, joints, brain areas and hormones, stressors such as heavy metals, chemicals, viruses and allergens. The Bioscan will find appropriate balancers such as essential oils, herbs and supplements to correct issues detected during your scan.
Ali uses the ZYTO Bioscan to get a comprehensive and personalised picture of the body. It allows her to deliver a cohesive plan that addresses all aspects of your health.
Reiki
The existence of a powerful energy that flows through all living things has been a part of many cultures since ancient times.
Each culture has their own belief system and when incorporated into natural practices of healing has a profound result.
Reiki has been in use for thousands of years and can be traced back to the Tibetan monasteries. This culture has been based on the principles of compassion and love for all living things. It not only heals the body but increases ones awareness of the process towards enlightenment & self acceptance.
Reiki translated can be split into two words:
Rei: this is used to describe the universal creativity or expression of the god force. It is everything you see, feel, taste, touch and experience. Deep within yourself you may already know and recognise the essence of this.
Ki: this is the energy that fuels life. It is the force that emanates from everything. Ki flows through the nadis and channels in our bodies and in our breath, supplying us with our life force energy. It is possible to record Ki on film. If you have ever had an aura photograph taken you will see the electromagnetic energy field around your body and every living thing. This life force energy is responsive to our innermost thoughts and feelings and becomes disrupted when we accept negative patterns and attitudes about ourselves. These negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to our auric field and cause changes in the natural flow of Ki finally diminishing the function of our vital organs.
A Reiki treatment feels like a warm glowing radiance that vitalises the whole system. The heart Chakra opens between the healer and the recipient, and a feeling of benevolent love is transferred. The Ether wave soothes pain and places you in a deep slumber and the Cosmic wave lifts you into harmony. Because Reiki is an intelligent, harmonic energy it flows though the disrupted parts of the energy field and charges these parts with positive energy allowing every cell in the body to benefit from the healthy flow of life force. Through the skillful application of AromaTouch, you will be able to help release physical tension, ease muscle pain, and improve circulation. Beyond the physical, this massage technique stimulates the body's natural healing abilities, supports emotional well-being, and calms the mind.
